Pixel Craft – Walsall

Educraft and Walsall Council have teamed up this summer to support the Government’s “HAF” (Holiday Activities and Food) Programme.

Our free, four day holiday clubs feature coding, craft and video game design. They are exclusively for children and young people aged between 8 and 14 who receive benefit related free school meals.

Attendees will receive a free, healthy plant-based hot lunch together with healthy snacks and refreshments throughout the day.

There are 4 activity days at each course and you can choose mornings (9am-1pm) or afternoons (1pm-5pm) on the following weeks:

  • Monday 31st July – Thursday 3rd August 2023 at Rivers Primary Academy, Livingstone Rd, Bloxwich, Walsall WS3 1LY.
  • Monday 21st August – Thursday 24th August 2023 at Abbey Primary School, 257 Glastonbury Cres, Bloxwich, Walsall WS3 2RP

Bookings go live on 3RD JULY and to book places please log into the Walsall Holiday Activities and Food programme website, search for the ‘Pixel Power’ (for Rivers Primary Academy) or ‘Pixel Dash’ (for Abbey Primary School) activity and book your child’s place. There are just 30 places available for the week, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Alternatively, please contact us via email at hello@educraft.uk and advise us of the HAF Code(s) for each eligible child that you would like to book onto the club, together with their full name, date of birth and the name of the school that they attend.

Note – parents and carers should have received a letter, containing a unique HAF code for each eligible child together with information about how to register. If you haven’t received a letter and feel that you are eligible, please email the council’s HAF team at WR4C@walsall.gov.uk. You only need to register once for the 2023-2024 programme and you can access your account throughout the year.
